- Customize your invitations and make it personal. Any custom requests such as font or other changes can be made in the Special Requests box. You can request any changes you need. Submit your order and finalize it by purchasing the items in your cart. Your personal designer will send you a digital proof to review within 24 hours.
By submitting your order you note that all your text, dates, and information are correct, and any custom requests have been entered in the Special Requests box.

- Shipping and Delivery
- If your order requires a proof it will ship within 7 business day of being approved. Orders will not be printed or shipped until approved.
If your order does not require a proof, it will ship within 3 to 5 business days of the order being placed.
International shipping will take longer, usually your order will ship within 7 to 16 business days.
Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
All shipping services used by us provide a tracking number.

- Returns and Replacements
- Custom items may not be returned for a full refund. Any items not requiring customization may be returned for a full refund. If you feel that any items in your order may require replacing, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and reference your order number.
- Pricing and Payments
- We allow direct bank/wire transfer (BACS) and payment via PayPal at the moment. All of our pricing is competitive and reflects the personal attention you will receive from your designer.
- Tracking Orders
- To view your order, simply log into your account located on the homepage. Please keep in mind that any changes made throughout the proofing process will not be reflected online or on your invoice. Your online account and invoice will only show what was originally submitted when you placed your order.
